Errata

We all make mistakes. Here are the errata for The Cult of Alien Gods.

  • Due to a typographical error, on page 105 August Derleth's date of death is misstated as 1961. Derleth died in 1971.
  • The caption for the photo plate of the book The Message Given by Extra-Terrestrials asks the reader to note the Great Pyramid depicted on the cover. The pyramid is actually the Pyramid of Khafre.
  • On page 318, the date when the Raelian logo changed from a Star of David inscribed with a swastika to one inscribed with a swirl was incorrectly given as 1991 and 1997. In fact, Rael changed the symbol in 1990.
  • Due to a typesetting error, the "e" and "l" in Louis Pauwels' surname were transposed.
  • Uri Geller's last name was incorrectly spelled "Gellar."
